Guests β room orbit-test
π’ Guest scene β self-hosted stack, via the app proxy Guests join from the green-room link; their cameras land in the scene tile.

LAYOUT
BACKDROPThis stage is a real canvas, not camera-box bingo: drag any tile by its name tag, pull the corner handle to resize, click a tile for β¬ β¬ layer controls. Presets arrange it β then make it yours and save it.
HOST BGVirtual backgrounds for your camera β person sharp, room behind you gone. Runs right here in your browser (the StreamYard trick), no upload of your video anywhere. RS tried this and face-planted; watch us land it.
Program capture renders the chrome-free /program view in headless Chromium on the server and publishes it to the media rig at live/program β that program feed is what GO LIVE fans out to your destinations. It never starts the rig itself.
HOST CONTROLSMic/cam drive your real green-room devices.
ποΈ Audio Mixer
ποΈ HOST MIC REAL Β· monitor tap
80%
Your green-room mic through a real WebAudio gain node β fader, meter and mute are live, and the meter reads
post-fader. It's a monitor tap in this demo: your mic is never fed back to your own speakers, and the program mix itself rides the hosted stack.
π₯ GUEST rides the guest feed
80%
Guest audio lives inside the scene frame β this page can't tap its audio graph, so there's no fake meter here.
Fader + mute are stored and ride the guest feed β full control lands with the hosted stack.
π MEDIA Β· WEB rides the web source
70%
A framed page plays its own audio in this demo (Gear 1), so this strip stores fader + mute state
without pretending to meter it. Real bus control arrives with the hosted stack / Gear 2.
π MASTER REAL Β· program bus
90%
Master fader + mute scale the whole local bus, downstream of the channel faders.
In this demo the only local signal is your mic, so this meter is the host bus, post-master β labeled honestly, like everything else here.
The SY/RS mixers are two sliders and a prayer. These faders move real gain wherever the signal is local β
and say so plainly where it isn't. Mixer state saves to this browser automatically.
π₯ Soundboard
BOARD VOLUME85%
Streamers live on their drops, so the board rides the mixer's own master bus β the pads light up the MASTER meter,
and the master fader and mute genuinely ride them. The bus itself is a silent monitor tap (Stage 5 β your mic never blasts your own speakers),
so you hear the pads through a monitor tap slaved to that same master gain. No mixer live yet (no mic on this machine)? The pads play through their own gain until it is.
Your own sounds: small files stay saved in this browser; big ones ride for this session only and say so.
π Web Source β interactive browser source
The page lands on your stage in a live iframe with full pointer events β
click, scroll and type inside it right here in the studio, like OBS's browser interact.
Some sites refuse to be framed (X-Frame-Options) and will show blank β that's their call, not a bug.
πΊ Wall Feed β pushed from the Stream Wall
No wall feed is pushed right now. Hit πΊ Push to stream on any tile over on the Stream Wall and the feed lands here as a stage source.
Destinations β your RTMP outs
Name it, paste the RTMP URL + stream key from the service you're sending to, tick it ON.
Destinations save with this show in this browser. Your stream key is a secret: it goes only to the
fan-out when you press GO LIVE β never into a log or a status readout.
Checking the media rigβ¦
β The media rig (MediaMTX) is not reachable, so fan-out is unavailable right now.
Live state below is read from the media rig every 5 seconds β the program feed plus every path currently receiving a stream.
π¦ Pilled Controls
Next live post: INFO STEVE β Ep. 2 Category Conspiracy Β· Wed 8:00 PM Β· Gold pill goal untouched
Two steps, like Pilled itself. Create Live Post stays a labeled stub
(posting needs Matt's written API OK β no Pilled interaction from this app, ever). GO LIVE is the
real thing: it starts the program feed if needed and fans it out to every destination you have ticked
ON in the Destinations tab β your own RTMP outs, saved with this show.
ποΈ Pilled Overlays
Pilled's own public overlay pages β the same links you'd paste into OBS as a browser source. Pick one, type your channel name, copy the link. Saved with this show.
Callers queue up at /call with just a name.
ANSWER puts them on air and reveals their audio-only mic link (guest stack, room orbit-callin) β
their own /call page flips to ON AIR with the same link.
Unified Chat
Stage 2. Tonight the chat duty still runs the way it did for the debut β
in the room, by hand. This panel is where Pilled / YouTube / Twitch chat merges once the APIs allow it.
